Outdoor Classes are Coming!

This summer, we’re taking your favorite classes to some of Portland’s most iconic locations. From flowing on the deck of Luke’s Lobster to throwing the garage doors open at Aprés, you can move and groove and rest with us all summer long. Oh, and did we mention the event of the summer? Mark your calendars – we’re back at Fitzpatrick Stadium on July 18 for PYC Field Day! This is sure to be the event of the summer, so don’t miss out!

 

Free Weekly Beginner’s Vinyasa

Join us every Friday at 5:30pm for our weekly Free Beginner's Vinyasa class, perfect for anyone new to yoga, curious about practicing in a studio, or ready to explore the basics of Vinyasa flow. This class is designed to be accessible and supportive, with a focus on helping students make empowered choices that feel right for their bodies.
