PYC Summer Camp
at Flagstaff Lake Hut
August 7-10 | Carabassett Valley, Maine
This summer, we’re taking a very special PYC adventure into the Western Mountains of Maine!
If you love exploring, nature walks, hiking, water activities, chef-prepared meals, and of course, yoga, you will feel right at home at our Flagstaff Lake Hut Retreat! The Flagstaff Lake Hut cozy eco-lodge is part of the Maine Huts and Trails network of backcountry hiking trails and hike-in huts located in Carabassett Valley, Maine.

With a deep appreciation for intuitive movement and how it's supported me throughout different chapters of my life, my classes empower you to make choices that feel good. Expect a balance of sweet and spicy as we move through playful sequences curated to open the body and guide you inward. My classes are infused with Reiki as my intention is to create a nurturing space for self-care. In 2017, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. I have Reiki Level 2 and am certified in yin yoga, yoga nidra and meditation.
Kat Englishman
Yoga is where my love for learning and teaching dovetails with my passion for creative and physical expression. After a decade of practice, I have 1,000 hours worth of training and 7+ years of teaching experience under my belt. In my classes, you can expect a fun and fresh practice designed to teach you about your body, heart, and mind with respect and reverence for yoga's long lineage. As a lover of the outdoors, I also offer tailor-made practices that complement an active lifestyle.

Our payment and refund policy is important. It allows us to excellently compensate our instructors for the time and preparation they dedicate, while also supporting our staff, studio, and the collaborators we partner with to help bring our offerings to life. This structure also allows us to keep our offerings reasonably priced and provide scholarship opportunities, making our programs more accessible to a wider community. We truly appreciate your understanding and thank you for honoring the policies that make all of this possible.
