Thailand Yoga Retreat
April 12-18, 2026 | Koh Lanta, Thailand
We’re heading to the beautiful island of Koh Lanta for a weeklong yoga retreat, and you’re invited!
Join Christina and Tizzy for this retreat taking place during Songkran, the Thai New Year — a beautiful celebration of cleansing, renewal and connection. Across Thailand, people mark the occasion by visiting temples, spending time with family, and joyfully splashing water as a symbol of washing away the old and welcoming the new. It’s an incredible time to be in Thailand — full of heart, tradition, and pure playful fun.
We’ll be staying at Oasis Yoga Bungalows, just steps from Klong Dao Beach on the western coast of Koh Lanta. Oasis’ location means gorgeous sunsets, close proximity to the Koh Lanta walking street & night market, and easy access to island adventures & stunning beaches!
Each day includes two yoga classes in the Oasis Yoga Shala— practices will include a blend of dynamic movement and intentional rest. You’ll also enjoy delicious breakfast and lunch, plus some incredible group outings. You’ll have plenty of spaciousness to spend your free time how you’d like, whether that’s adventuring or relaxing on the beach.

Retreat Co-Leads
Christina Spencer (she/her) | My classes aim to create a safe container so students can have an experience of themselves, whether in an energetic, creative Vinyasa class or a gentle, slow Yin class. Each class is a little journey inward and an opportunity to make contact with your internal landscape, centering choice and curiosity within intelligent sequencing.
Tizzy Ernstoff (she/her) | My classes blend breath, movement, and attention to help you feel more at home in your body. I’m curious about how the shapes we make on the mat can gently shift the ones we hold in our minds—those familiar patterns of thought, tension, or self-perception that often go unnoticed. Expect a thoughtful mix of styles, a steady pace, and plenty of space to explore what’s unfolding beneath the surface.

April is warm and tropical—expect daytime highs around 86°F (30°C) and nighttime lows around 77°F (25°C). It’s mostly sunny with occasional light showers, so packing a light rain jacket is a good idea. You'll likely spend a lot of time in the sun, so sun protection is key!
-
Oasis is centrally located and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and the beach. If you'd like to explore farther, tuk tuks (local motorbike taxis) are easy to find. You can also rent a motorbike through Oasis by the day or week.

Your retreat includes daily breakfast and lunch, both made with fresh, local ingredients and plenty of healthy, vegetarian-friendly options.
Breakfasts may feature homemade bread, chia granola, yogurt, tropical fruits, sweet potatoes, eggs and fresh juices.
Lunches are light Thai-style meals with your choice of vegetarian or chicken-based dishes.
Snacks and dinners are not included, but you’ll find many fantastic restaurants nearby with Thai and Western options for you to enjoy!
